Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and optimizing manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Work on Low-Cost Automation (LCA) projects to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Participate in process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives using 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke
- Conduct time studies, process mapping, and line balancing to identify bottlenecks
- Support implementation of process documentation including SOPs and work instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, R&D, Maintenance)
- Assist in developing and executing trials for new tools, jigs, fixtures, and test setups
- Monitor process parameters and contribute to increasing process reliability
Required Skills
- AutoCAD: Proficiency in technical drawing and design
- C Programming: Strong programming fundamentals
- Matlab: Computational and analytical skills
- Arduino: Hands-on experience with microcontroller projects
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Engineering degree (Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering preferred)
- Strong academic background with focus on manufacturing processes
- Hands-on experience with technical projects involving the mentioned skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment in Navi Mumbai
