•Lead onboarding for new clients by assisting in documentation, compliance (KYB & KYC) approval process, and account set-up
•Collaborate with multiple departments such as Product and Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding process
•Prepare and distribute invoices as well as monitor and track billing cycles to ensure timely billing
•Update the client records and ensure data integrity and accuracy
•Proactively improve processes to provide faster delivery
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Strong ability to work on multiple issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment and should prioritize work according to business processes
•Should be able to generate basic reports and analyse patterns and trends with the client data

•0-1 years of customer success/data entry experience, freshers are also welcome
•Proficiency in HubSpot, ZohoDesk and Microsoft Excel is a plus!
