Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Aerospace, Industrial Production, or Industrial Engineering & Management
- Year of Passing: 2022 / 2023 / 2024 / 2025
- Experience: Freshers only
- Aggregate: 50% and above
- Gender: Male candidates preferred

Job Description
Selected candidates will undergo a structured technical training program focused on CAE tools and methodologies used in the automotive and aerospace industries. After successful completion of the training and internal assessments, candidates will participate in client evaluation rounds. Upon clearing these, they will be deputed to OEM R&D centers for project assignments.
Training & Placement Process
- Structured technical training on CAE/CFD tools
- Internal assessments and evaluations
- Client tool test and interview rounds
- Direct deputation to OEM R&D centers (Ford, Renault, Chrysler, etc.)
- Permanent client payroll after successful completion
Selection Process
- Technical Aptitude Test
- Personal Interview
- Client Round (Post Training)
Note: Training fees is applicable for selected candidates. Candidates will be deputed on permanent client payroll after successful completion of training and clearing client tool test.
