Key Responsibilities
- Daily management of shift operations
- Administrative management of associates
- Job allocation and task assignment to associates
- Monitoring and mentoring associates on productivity, quality and safety standards
- Tracking status of counts and problem-solving queues
- Responsible for shift quality and implementing action plans
- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates
- Conducting daily 4M and 5S audits for work stations
- Stand-in responsibilities for Area Manager when required
Eligibility Criteria
- Must speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and guide team members
- Basic understanding of operational processes
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred but not mandatory
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
