•Acquisition of HNI's only.
•Selling TPP and Generating Revenue.
• Building CASA book size.
🏮 Sales Manager -
•Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds.
•Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value.
•Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Team Leaders and Sales.
•Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.
🏮 Branch Relationship Manager
•Responsible for NTB acquisition of customers.
•Responsible for successfully contacting 20 or more customers per day.
• Responsible for meeting 4 customers/ prospects per day.
•Responsible for upgrading customers from a lower product category to higher product category
•Responsible for cross-selling of various products like TD, SIP, MF, Insurance, Gold, Demat, Asset, Gift Card etc. @ minimum 2 per day.
