Eligibility Criteria

Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyse outstanding claims and initiate collection efforts as per aging report
- Undertake denial follow-up and appeals work wherever required
- Document and take appropriate action of all claims which has been analyzed and followed-up in the clients software
- Build good rapport with the insurance carrier representative
- Focus on improving the collection percentage
