Salary & Benefits
- Stipend: Rs. 20,000 per month for initial 6 months
- Full-time Package: Rs. 6 LPA after successful completion of 6-month training
- Employment Type: Temporary full-time contractor for first 6 months
- Employment Bond: No bond during first 6 months. 2-year employment contract if hired full-time

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- BE/BTech in CSE/IT/ECE/EEE or any related fields
- Passout Years: 2023, 2024, 2025
- Strong academic record preferred
Required Skills & Attributes
- Logical & mathematical reasoning abilities
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Basic knowledge of databases & SQL
- Basic understanding of UI using HTML & CSS
- Familiarity with APIs and other web services
- Basic knowledge of scrum methodology or other agile software development approaches
- Understanding of why load and performance testing is required
- Customer service focus and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with face-to-face evaluation in Hyderabad

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Commit to learning and becoming proficient with the BPM Platform during the 6-month training
- Successfully achieve the BPMN Developer certification
- Work under the supervision of a senior BPMN Developer on live projects
- Partner throughout the entire life-cycle of projects to define, design, develop, and implement custom software solutions
- Participate in discussions with external clients to understand their business processes and technical needs
- Contribute to conceptual technical solutions in an Agile environment
- Participate in the design, build, and launch of new relational data models in production
- Contribute towards the development of APIs to integrate with multiple systems
- Review business process documents and functional and technical system requirements
