About the Role: Talent Acquisition Intern
As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring for particular business. This is an excellent opportunity for students and job seekers looking to build a career in HR and talent acquisition with one of the world's leading professional services organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates
- Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey
- Ensure job descriptions and interview questions reflect each position's requirements
- Engage in candidate fitment assessment based on internal parity
- Maintain candidate engagement through various activities until they join
- Ensure best candidate experience throughout the process
- Leverage pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates
