Job Overview
MAHLE is seeking Diploma Engineer Trainees to join our production team in Pithampur. This role involves operating CNC machines in our machine shop Camshaft maintenance department and contributing to our mission of making mobility more efficient, environmentally friendly, and economical.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (first, second, and third shifts)
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operations (training will be provided)
- Good communication skills and team player attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Machines in Machine shop Camshaft maintenance department
- Attend production line 5 minutes before shift starts
- Participate in morning meetings and understand daily production targets
- Check availability of Control plan & SOP on workstation
- Operate machines by loading and unloading components
- Perform necessary inspections according to team leader and supervisor allocation
- Operate multi machines according to man machine ratio
- Change tools according to tool life and update necessary records
- Work closely with setters and understand machine settings
- Update OEE sheet and all necessary downtime records
- Participate in AM activity with the TPM team
- Maintain cleanliness of machines before shift handover
