Eligibility Criteria

  • Freshers welcome (but NOT pursuing any course)
  • 0-5 years experience in technical support with International voice process
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts including night shifts (24/7 operations)
  • Basic knowledge of technical issues and troubleshooting
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Graduation not strictly required

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2 Technical Support to international customers
  • Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and chats
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents and solutions
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction with prompt service delivery
  • Handle Active Directory user management tasks
  • Support Microsoft Office & O365 applications
  • Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting
  • VPN, Citrix, and Exchange support
  • Hardware and network troubleshooting

Required Technical Skills

  • ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk)
  • Active Directory (User Management, Password Reset, Account Unlock)
  • Microsoft Office & O365 Support (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
  • Windows OS (7/8/10) & Desktop Troubleshooting
  • VPN / Citrix / Exchange Support
  • Hardware & Network Troubleshooting (LAN, Printers, Devices)
  • Remote Troubleshooting (Desktop, Laptop, Mobile, Printers)
  • Antivirus, Patch Management, SCCM basics
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes
