Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Attention to detail and dependable work ethic
- Tolerance for repetitive work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Strong problem-solving and probing skills
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats
- Provide customer service support and technical support
- Resolve routine problems regarding client's products or services
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual KPIs
- Clarify customer requirements and probe for understanding
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
- Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction
- Track and document information in call tracking database
