Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining responsive web applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Learn and collaborate with senior team members to deliver quality code
- Participate in debugging, testing, and enhancing applications for better performance
- Stay updated with modern web technologies and best practices
- Work during night shift hours as per project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria
- Basic knowledge of React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS (training or project exposure preferred)
- Strong interest in full-stack web development
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to commit to a 1-year bond
- Must have own laptop and ability to work night shifts
- Any graduate degree (2023/2024 passouts preferred)
Selection Process
The interview process consists of 2 rounds:
- Technical Interview: Assessment of React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge
- Behavioral Interview: Evaluation of communication skills and cultural fit
