Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply
- Freshers with excellent English communication and Hindi
- Experience candidates (1-3 years) in international voice process
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in reading & speaking of Bengali/Arabic/Urdu, Hindi and English
- Should be proficient with computers and MS office
- Should be able to type 30 words per minute
- Willing to work from office 5 days in rotational shifts
