Eligibility Criteria
- Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs accepted)
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written & verbal)
- 0-1 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Willingness to work in US time zones (Night Shifts)
- Ready to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
- Commitment to 100% Work from Office (No Hybrid option)
- Ability to complete client-specific training
- Preferred: Basic understanding of customer support or any relevant certification
Job Responsibilities
- Provide first-level resolution and empathetic customer care
- Handle objections, build rapport, and ensure smooth resolutions
- Stay updated on product information and support tools
- Log tickets, track cases, and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
