Essential Eligibility & Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following minimum criteria to be considered for the role:
- **Project Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to independently define and manage module-level work plans and contribute significantly to overall project planning.
- **Technical Depth:** Proficient in multiple technologies/systems, with demonstrated depth in at least one and working breadth across others.
- **Architecture Knowledge:** Strong working knowledge of enterprise application architecture and technical toolsets.
- **Ownership:** Proactively drives issue resolution, demonstrates strong ownership, and manages multiple priorities effectively.
- **Mentorship:** Capability to mentor junior team members on technical challenges and development practices.
Preferred Technical Skills (Good to Have)
- **CMS Experience:** Experience with **Sitecore CMS** or similar CMS platforms.
- **Core Technologies:** Strong foundation in OOPS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, MERN Stack, .NET Core, Web API Development, and Cloud (GCP).
