The Adobe India Apprenticeship Program is a six-month immersive experience designed to equip emerging talent with real-world exposure, mentorship, and professional development in a globally recognized tech environment. Based at Adobe's Noida campus, this program offers a unique opportunity to work alongside industry leaders while contributing to impactful projects.
Program Overview
Selected apprentices will be part of Adobe's Customer Engineering Team, which plays a critical role in supporting Adobe's global clientele. This may involve working in rotational shifts, so flexibility and adaptability are key. Given the global nature of the work, strong communication skills are crucial to ensure seamless collaboration and effective client support across different time zones.

Educational Qualifications
- Students who graduated in 2023 batch
- Students who graduated in 2024 batch
- MCA students from 2025 batch

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required

Selection Process
The selection process includes three key stages:
- Online Assessment: Evaluates programming and computer science fundamentals
- Technical Interview: Assesses problem-solving and technical proficiency
- Behavioral Interview: Evaluates communication, teamwork, and cultural fit
