Job Roles and Responsibilities


•Pre-Call Study the case and Determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers online as per said by company 


•Collect client information by connecting with them through Phone calls, Verify information and all the details.


•Disposing the cases with appropriate reason codes basis the conversation with the respective sellers.


•Keeping the clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.


•Achieving the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.


•Work for 3-4 hours a day and to achieve target number of Daily connect/content collection.


Primary Requirements:


•Work from Monday through Saturday

•9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hrs/day)

•Must have a good working environment at home with dedicated private area to work and Table/Chair

•Must have computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, Good internet connectivity.
